Additional Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Legislators
Site layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this latest document drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section identifying various areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including plans for boat shelters.
Additional materials made public as part of the current oversight disclosure.
